All appointments must be booked in advance.

20-minute grace period
We'll hold your slot for 20 minutes after your start time.

30–45 minutes late = R50
A R50 late fee applies if you arrive 30 to 45 minutes late.

Cancel & reschedule = R100
Cancelling or rescheduling costs R100.
